"We met with Gino tonight and while i can’t quite yet speak on his install work what I wanna say is Gino went above and beyond meeting with us tonight for a quote. He spent so much time going over what we wanted, explaining the pros and cons to certain items or add ons and what would look best for our yard. He didn’t rush us one bit and he treated us as if we had already given him our deposit and were a for sure client. Upon contacting him he came out to our property within 2 days, I am struggling over here to get pool companies to call me back let alone get any quotes. I believe this speaks highly of his character, of his old fashion business mindset with being in business for over 30yrs and that he treats his clients like they are his from the start. Customer service is so hard to come by these days and for that he’s being highly considered for our 2020 pool install. Thanks Gino"

"We contacted Lakeside pools about scheduling an appointment. We were told by the receptionist that the following Saturday should be fine and to email all of the relevant paperwork and lot lines. She said she would contact us to confirm the appointment. We switched our schedule around to accommodate the pending appointment, gathered and emailed the paperwork. Saturday came and went with absolutely no response. We called again and someone answered the business phone “hello this is dominos “ I asked if the number I called was Lakeside pools and they just kept up with the prank. When I called back the “receptionist” answered the phone and I explained what had happened. She didn’t seem to care and actually seemed rather amused. I asked about the pending appointment that was missed and that I had received no response. She said she would speak to Gino (apparently he is the one that does the pools) and call me in “a few”. It has been several days and we still have received no response. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Thank goodness I am finding this out now and not halfway into the project. I would hate to spend our budget of $250,000 on an unprofessional company. I’m sure we dogged a bullet with this."
