"This Review is not about Eric O'Brien specifically, But his staff and Edward Jones as a company. On June 22, Jodie from the Allendale office called my very small business, I arrived and completed the work, she then stated she would have to send the bill off to cooperate get paid. On August 7th Carrie Huffman the Edward Jones Branch Real Estate and Facilities Coordinator from St. Louis, MO reached out to me because she had an invoice from me, at this point its more than 30 days late. so I explained to her there is a late fee. And now she does not respond to my emails, and refuses to pay the full amount of the invoice and has the attitude that I am wasting her time. Moral of the story the company Edward Jones a Financial Advisor, Does not want to pay their bills and will take advantage of small businesses."
