He was able to get parts, showed up the end of next day and fixed it under an hour. Not only did he fix the one door I had another door with rust which looked like it wouldn't be long before that one broke, and he fixed that too. I couldn't believe the price when he told me, I thought it would have been at least 5 times the price. He was extremely nice guy, and showed me a trick on how to open my door if power goes out as I have a weird setup as my garage is underneath my house.
