"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my Custom Built Gaming PC to them to figure out why my screen was going black. Initially they told my it would take about 2-3 days to diagnose the issue. After the 2-3 days passed I called for an update, they had no explanation. They continued to try and diagnose... Almost 2 WEEKS until they finally say they have diagnosed that the Motherboard is the problem. They offered to replace but I opted out and decided I would take my PC back and do my own upgrades. Purchased a new motherboard (PC was built 7+ years ago so current motherboard/processor were obsolete so had to upgrade to more modern gear), processor, and CPU cooler. Got everything replaced in my PC, hooked up and running good while connected to the integrated display outputs on the motherboard. Got all drivers updated and installed. And made sure to have the latest drivers I could find for my Graphics card. Rebooted the PC and connected to the graphics card now and within 2 minutes the screen went black. the same issue that I had initially brought the PC to the "Doctors" for. Long story short, the Graphics card is the issue, not the Motherboard, so instead of replacing the Graphics card for a few hundred bucks, I am now 700 into new motherboard/processor/cpu cooler and now also need a new graphics card. I will not recommend the "Doctors" to anyone and think they should lose their "license" for an incredibly wrong diagnosis and for taking way longer than it should have to come to an answer (which ended up being wrong anyways)"

"They are definitely very knowledgeable and have always fixed issues I brought to them. Improvement on communications about issue identification with customer could be better, but i suppose fixing electronics is more important anyway. I trust them well."
