"Last year we called 6 times to make plans to have a pool installation this year. Each call we were told we were on the list and not to worry. Well....it's a year later and no return calls...nothing! No excuse for not returning our calls. Unprofessional, rude and and a total waste of our time. I guess they didn't care about losing a $$$$ deal. We took our business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same."
"If you have issues with your pool do not call them. They will sell you equipment you don't need and your problem will remain. It will take a few years before you realize this company is only about installing new pools. They will make sure it lasts a few years, after that good luck."

From the day of signing the contract to the day we were done, he was always responsive and willing to answer any questions, any time. we had a few issues during pool construction that were properly addressed. I can't recommend Southern Michigan Pools Pro enough. my pool turned out great!!"
