Edible Arrangements

"So appreciative of Judy at this location. I placed an order over the weekend for 11 Chocolate Apples for my special needs son teacher, para-pros, therapists, etc. as little Christmas gift. I requested the order to be ready Tuesday evening so my son could hand them out on Wednesday before Xmas break. Well this morning (Monday), the principal texted all the parents stating there was a typo on the calendar and that Xmas break actually started after school on Tuesday. I called this location right after and Judy answered. I asked Judy if by any chance the apples could be ready by close tonight. And she said she could make it happen and she did!! They look amazing too. Thank you Judy for saving the day, so grateful!"

"I purchased a Strawberry smoothie there. But it was so bitter. Do they use sweetners in them or what? If they do. I did not have any in mine. But I do hope the owner sees this. mine"

"Don’t waste your money unless you want your surprise ruined like mine was. I ordered my arrangement with the 21016 Mack Ave Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 location. When I placed my order, I said that it needed to be delivered by noon. They accepted my order and I thought it was good to go. Noon time came and went. Then they called my husband and told him they were bringing his arrangement and even told him the kind of arrangement so my surprise was ruined. When I called them, they said they’re too busy and couldn’t make the noon delivery time. I asked why their driver would ruin my surprise by calling the recipient of the arrangement instead of me and was given the same explanation that they are just too busy and couldn’t give me a clear explanation other than they would refund my $15.00 delivery charge. Thanks for ruining the surprise. I wish I would’ve gone through Sheri’s Berry’s instead but next time I will for sure."

"I waited a week before posting this to make sure I felt it was appropriate. I place an order a week ago for delivery. I was told by the first girl that with the time of day I placed my order, they were unsure it would get to the delivery in time. So she was polite took the address that I had and told me to call back when I had a better address that could delivered at a better time. I was unsure of the time that the recipient would be home but they assured that as long as I gave special request to leave on the porch they gladly would. So when I called back to give a more appropriate address, I asked for it to be left on the porch if the recipient isn’t home. I was argued with saying they wouldn’t do that and all sorts of attitude about it. I politely said “well I was told that if I said it was ok, I’m saying it’s ok and I’m paying for this and giving permission to do so”. She responded with an attitude that it’s not their fault if it melts in the sun (it was 49 degrees this day. No way it’s melting within an hours time) and that if an animal eats it or someone steals it, they wouldn’t take responsibility. I responded politely, I understand this. I was then hung up on. I personally think being hung up on was beyond rude just because I asked for a specific delivery method that I was told they could do. I understand the circumstances but I didn’t deserve the attitude. I won’t be placing an order again with this location after how rudely the customer service was from the 2nd lady."

"I would give this place a ZERO if I could still write my review!!! I ordered a rather costly gift for my sister for her birthday since I live out of state. I told her to stay home on her birthday so she wouldn't miss her surprise I was sending, as I wasn't sure it would be left if no one was home. At 3pm I called the store and was told it was out for delivery. My sister lives less than 15 minutes away. At 6pm I called again and was told they have up to 7pm to have it delivered. At 7:20pm I called and left a message requesting a return call. I never got it. My sister did however end up with her gift after sitting home the entire day! Not to mention the fruit was warm and no good after sitting in someone car for4.5 hours in the heat. It was an unseasonably warm day in the 70's. The girl used the excuse of bad weather for the late delivery. I would never recommend this place because the owner refuses to return calls to discuss this horrible service!!!"
