"I ordered some beautiful cemetery cones at a fundraiser that unfortunately did not work at the gravesite. I was given the option to upgrade to premium grave pillows at a minimal cost. Customer service was wonderful, and the floral arranger did a beautiful job while I waited. Great service and high quality, Viviano never disappoints!!"

"So incredibly disappointed. My husband purchased 10 dozen roses for our 10th wedding anniversary- today is the start of day four - so 4 days ago… and at least half of the roses are dead. All that money spent and the roses did not even make it 4 full days. Yes, they are in vases with plenty of water. My husband said that his overall experience at Vivianos in St Clair Shores location was awful. He said the employee, she was great, however, the manager or whoever was in charge the day he went, she was not kind at all. 1, spending that kind of money on flowers to be treated poorly is a shame 2, spending that kind of money on flowers to not last 4 full days is a shame."
