"Promises made, promises broken. Unprofessional company with no remorse for lying about their services. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I contracted them to clean 2 small bathrooms and a small kitchen. I was quoted $40 per hour, and they said it will not take longer than 4 hours MAX. Which I totally agreed with, as the rooms are not very big at all and I had already cleaned a good portion of them myself. I was charged over $300 for a job that was promised to not exceed $160. After calling to try and remedy the situation, Doug was very rude an unprofessional. He claimed that there were almost 8 hours of work billed, because there were 2 cleaners present. We never discussed 2 cleaners nor did we discuss being billed for almost 8 hours. I never agreed to those terms and would have never agreed to those terms. He then had the audacity to tell me that I “asked them to do other things while they were there”, and that’s why it took longer?? I WASN’T EVEN AT THE PROPERTY DURING THE CLEANING! I wasn’t even in the same state!! How could I have asked them to do more things? Why would I ask them to do more things when I cleaned most of the house myself? Extremely dishonest. Do not use this company. Shameful."

"Matthew & Logan (father / son team) did such an AMAZING job. I wish I would have taken "before" photos of our windows so you could see the difference. My fiancé and I could not believe how dirty of windows we had been living with, and the difference this cleaning made! I mean the rooms are actually brighter!! We both work from home, and I seriously believe that all of this new bright light will really make our work from home situation better! Matthew and Logan were just the sweetest, so respectful of our things, INCREDIBLY DETAIL ORIENTED, and did such a great job. They cleaned both the inside and outside of our windows, took apart and cleaned all of our storm windows, cleaned the screens and all! I think I'm going to have a new obsession: clean windows, and I'm happy we found a team that we can trust in our home."
