"Needed a generator during the big power outage after a huge ice storm in Feb 2023, all retail stores had nothing, and all of the internet inventory information on every retailers website was incorrect, Joe and Kevin here really came to the rescue - they just happened to have what I was looking for, and supported their product 100%, took the time to make sure everything was in proper working order! All of the staff were very helpful and kind, we all had a good laugh and witty conversation while waiting for some of the best service I've had in a pawn shop - Highly recommended!"

"I would highly suggest doing business here, to start it off I have a car here in storage and one o! loan. Everytime I pick my car up it’s cleaned and ready to go and no issues. There was one time I was late on my payment and was so scared that I was going to lose the car but thank god Kevin had a change of heart and really helped me out to get my car back and understood my situation.
