"Earlier this summer we had a nightmare of an experience with a different pool company. Pools Plus Inc saved us!! Despite being in the midst of a crazy busy summer schedule they squeezed us in. From the very beginning Adam was extremely helpful in providing info - giving options & advice - and came out the very next day to measure for our inground pool vinyl liner. Our pool is old - and changes we made to it made for a very unique situation. This company is reliable and shows up when they say they’ll be there - communication was great - very responsive to messages & always updating us on what was going on throughout the whole process. Austin and his guys did a great job replacing some jets/main drain & installing the liner. It turned out absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! Thankful to have an awesome local company on hand for our pool needs - we have been and will continue to highly recommend them! Also - check out their pool crew bios on their website - so good."

"Came in yesterday morning as store was opening to help a friend in the hospital take care of his pool. Zero clue on how to do it. The guy opening on the 11th answered every question precisely. Made sure I was taken care of without hurry even with someone else waiting behind me in line. The quality of service from that guy was beyond amazing. That's a employee you can't afford to loose. Give that man a raise asap"
"6/7/2023- I was supposed to have my pool opened but the pool had some issues. It's an old underground pool by has been updated over the years. The guys that came didn't know what the issue was which is perfectly fine, let's figure it out and fix it. They said they would notify their service dpt to take a look. Nothing saya professional service like GHOSTING a client. After two weeks of waiting and leaving voicemails to call me back with an update I finally got a hold of the front desk woman after i called yet again, I don't remember her name. I explained the problem and to her and she immediately says my issues isn't something she thinks they deal with. I explain we don't even know what is causing the problem yet how can she determine they don't do it before they even know the resolution? Obviously a canned response because they just don't want to deal with even coming out to look at the issue. She says the guys they send out to open pools normally just deal with hot tubs but she will have their "pool expert" Marcus call me today 6/19. Yet another buck passed 6/19- Now it's been almost three weeks since they were notified, multiple voicemails to multiple people. We are now almost in July and I still don't have a functioning pool. I received nothing but a lazy response to the issue I had and no one seemed like they could bother to come out and look at the problem. They were dismissive and uninterested in actually resolving the problem let alone finding out the cause.The immediate response was to try and ignore my calls and or requests for some iota of communication. After going yet ANOTHER day without communication i was told I would receive I'm now going to take my business elsewhere and pay SOMEONE ELSE to fix my pool. I now can't trust this place to do the job correctly if they can't even handle communication and looking at a problem they likely can't handle the job itself. Heaven forbid I need communication if something goes wrong. I would recommend any of the other number of pool businesses in the area that don't treat their customers like they are a burden."
