"I had high hopes for supporting a local business this Valentine's Day, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. For over 18 years, I've made it a tradition to give flowers to my wife on Valentine's Day, a gesture that has never been missed. This year, however, the flowers I ordered were not delivered as promised. Concerned by the afternoon of Valentine's Day, I reached out to the company and was reassured that the delivery was on its way. Relying on this assurance, I chose not to seek an alternative, a decision I later regretted as the flowers never arrived. While I understand that mistakes can happen, especially on such a busy day, the lack of communication and apology from the business was disappointing. I did request a refund the following day, which is being processed. My intention in sharing this review is not to discredit the business but to express my hope for better customer service and reliability in the future. Supporting local businesses is important to me, but trust and accountability are equally crucial. I believe feedback like this can be a valuable opportunity for improvement and hope my experience can lead to positive changes. Update: Since posting my initial review, there has been a noteworthy development. The business has not only processed my refund but also went the extra mile by sending a flower arrangement. This gesture is appreciated and demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and making amends. It's gestures like these that build trust and show a business's willingness to address and rectify issues. I'm grateful for their response to my situation and wanted to share this update to give a full perspective on how the matter was resolved. It reinforces my support for local businesses, acknowledging that while issues may arise, the willingness to resolve them is what truly matters."

"Received a bouquet of flowers on Valentine’s Day delivered to my work. My boyfriend had chosen the valentines pick which said florist choice of fresh flowers. What I got was an old looking bouquet of yellow roses that literally was falling apart after I opened them. Who sends out yellow roses on Valentine’s Day and on top of that they weren’t even fresh? Very disappointing."

"Wish I could give zero stars. This place hires psychos to work here. Some insane person named Billy somehow has a job here. I don't know how or why anyone would employ such a menace to society. Cops are always here, place is super sketchy. Go to Kroger or Costco for your flowers. Anywhere but here. Place is trash, look at the other reviews."

"Our daughter from California started to use Yesterday’s Florist a few years ago and has had no issues. I have started to use them as well. I believe that the service that they provide is very good. I give this business a Big Thumbs Up!! Thanks"

"I really hate to give them one star, but I had to give them something. They did a terrible flower arrangements for my brothers funeral I have never seen such horrible arrangements. instead of them putting brother and son on the ribbon, they stapled it together. If you want beautiful arrangements, please do not go to The manager was rude as hell. She didn’t even want to give me my money back, but I told her that I was going to put a review. It’s a no for me never get flowers from then again."
