"I called last Thursday for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered Friday for a good friend having cancer surgery. I ralked with a very nice person and said yellow was her favorite color so requested lots of yellow Daises with white carnations and white daisies or whatever was available in yellow and white. The bouquet was delivered and my friend sent me two pictures, front and back. One side looks like just a bunch of yellow daisies with a pink and 2 salmon carnations and the other side, a bunch of purple daisies, a very few white daisies in the middle and sone other purple flower. No yellow on that side at all. I am out of state, but I was told the flowers were fresh and it wouldn't have been so bad if they had actually been arranged instead of just stuck in a vase in bunches. Looks like 2 different bouquets. I called the day they were delivered, sent pictures upon request so she could see what I was talking about and waited for her to call me back. I didn't hear back by Monday at noon so I texted them not to bother. Very poor customer service! I am not a difficult person to deal with, but I do expect to get what I ordered and for it to be arranged nicely."
