"Ordered a PLANT for a funeral we just found out about, place is open until 5:30. I got my order in by 2:00pm, they confirmed my order by email around 2:15pm. I got a call an hour later that they can’t deliver because they were already there for the day. We are out of the country for medical. I offered to pay more for delivery or to pay anyone to deliver it. Nope, wouldn’t even entertain ANY ideas. You try to do the right thing and your order gets confirmed. Then you move on with your day thinking everything is fine, they call and cancel an hour later, you beg and offer more money, to call door dash or a different delivery person, and are completely shot down because “they have their own delivery service”. Are you kidding me? Funerals already suck and are sad, florists should not make it more difficult. All I was told is I can pick it up myself. Yeah, let me just fly 3500 miles to pick it up when I could literally pay a different delivery service to pick up and deliver. But noooooo, they wouldn’t even consider it. Pathetic."

"Really friendly and helpful staff. I've bought multiple bouquets from here and every time they have been absolute hits. Delivery has never been an issue. When I've ordered online they usually call me to make sure my card says what it should or remind me I forgot to add a message. Their delivery people are very good as well. Just overall a great flower shop that obviously cares about what they are doing."

Everything was so beautiful it was hard to choose. But I went with a live Peace Lily that was just perfect. The staff were both really nice & added a pot & white bow to the Lily.
