I got a great design, they walked is around to show us all the choices, and then helped pick the plants we chose. Lucas's is the best place for great selection, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and great landscaping supplies. Highly recommended."

"Let me start with the good. My patio, Driveway extensions and curb landscaping turned good. They did good work. On to the bad. They wrecked parts of my yard. They didn’t even attempt to grade my lawn where the patio and front retaining wall meet. Just threw sod over dirt hill they excavated. They dug up around my air conditioner and just left it. They’re are rocks and dirt patches throughout my grass. When I contacted them they told me thats just how it is and to put mulch and my air conditioner. They rushed my job so they can put in a patio for my neighbors across the street. Hopefully I don’t have to warranty any of the plants, got a feeling they won’t honor it. I would not recommend this company to anybody. If you do have to go with them I would make them clean your property before you pay them."

"We wanted to have some trees planted in our yard and Lucas was recommended by our friend. They have a wide variety of plants to choose from, prices are reasonable, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. We talked to Tammy who’s very professional, answered all our questions with patience, and had made our experience in the store quite pleasant. Barry& his crew came within 2 days after our purchase to deliver and planted our trees for us. They’re very professional and had taken their time to make sure everything is how we wanted, and that all the trees look perfectly done. We love it and couldn’t be happier with their services. They did an excellent job!!! We’re already planning to go back very soon to make more purchases and use their services again for all our landscaping needs. They would be highly recommended no doubt!!!"

"About five years ago, my husband and I landscaped our backyard. Lucas was recommended by a neighbor whose landscaping is impeccable. We found Lucas employees to be knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased thousands of dollars of landscaping, planted it ourselves and everything is still healthy and thriving. Our water fountain is from them too -- on sale of course. We highly recommend Lucas. We are ordering two baby blue evergreens and will update after they arrive and are planted."

"The absolute worst firewood at premium prices. Also have cheater racks and you'll get less firewood. My usual firewood spot was out of wood, so I stopped by Lucas - seeing they have a huge stack in their front lot. After paying for the wood, I was told to drive to the back of the property to get loaded up. They have several stacks out back. These stacks are sitting in 3 or 4 inches of mud and you have a 50/50 chance of getting something that will actually burn. I bought a face cord , which always fills the 8' box on my old 150 to top of the bedsides. The racks Lucas provided might have filled the bed to 75%. Got the wood home and had to hose it down, as it was covered in mud. As I was unloading the wood, I found maybe a quarter of it is waterlogged and weighs about 10lbs apiece, another quarter is feather light and rotted. What's left might be burnable if I can get it to dry out on my rack for a few months. I should have just refused the wood and gotten my money back, but I wanted firewood for the holidays. Learn from my mistake and steer clear."
