"The flowers did not arrive on time for the funeral, no contact with the florist!! The website contains information: If you would like the flowers to be delivered on the same day as you place your order, it must be submitted and paid by 6:00 p.m. Polish time (on business days). Flower orders are processed from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Polish time on weekdays and from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Polish time on Saturdays and Sundays. We can guarantee exact delivery times for wedding or funeral deliveries. Despite paying for the order at 5 p.m. and multiple attempts to contact the company by phone to make sure that the order would be 100% fulfilled at 9 a.m. the next day, NO ONE ANSWERED, I received a call at 9 p.m. in which I was informed that it was no longer possible to check whether the order will be implemented. On the day of the funeral, ONLY at 11 a.m. did I receive information that the order had NOT BEEN COMPLETED. ON THE HOTLINE AGAIN, NO CONTACT, only after an e-mail did someone call me back and inform me that delivery of the order would only be possible if I provided the exact address of the grave - which I cannot know as I am 500 km away from the cemetery, which is why I ordered flowers SPECIFICALLY FOR A FUNERAL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, no punctuality, no contact!!! If it were possible, I would give minus 10 stars!!!!!"
