"Came in to order flowers for a family member’s funeral, and was helped immediately and happily. The flowers were beautiful. Some substitutions were required due to the time of the year, but we were told ahead of time. We ended up bringing in a few silk florals for some flowers we really wanted, and they incorporated them perfectly. Would highly recommend!"

"So sad with the service from a small town company. I wanted to order a casket spray and called a left two messages on separate days. I started to panic so I ordered online then after 5 mins someone called me and said that she was sorry she didn’t call back but saw I ordered them online. She then said she needed to charge me $10 more because the website was incorrect, she didn’t have some of the flowers that were pictured either. I told her fine take off the delivery fee of $20 (to literally go across the street) for all of these changes and she said she couldn’t do that.I told her I would just pick them up. I got there and they cheerfully greeted me until I gave my grandma’s name and the one turn her back and the other said “they’re right there”, then went behind the wall. Not what I expect on how to treat a grieving person."

"I had recently discovered this shop, and apparently, just in time. I ordered an arrangement for my grandfather's funeral from Alpine Florist, and the order was wired to a shop local to the funeral home where services were being held. Unfortunately, the shop that got the wired order sent something I did not pay for and were very unprofessional and lacked compassion for such a delicate situation. Alpine was very compassionate and professional, taking care of me in dealing with this experience. Locally, if I need/want to buy flowers, I'm going to Alpine.
