"I'm definitely willing to spend more to support a local business, and I understand that times are hard. But, I definitely got less than what was advertised at twice the price than like kroger. Also, don't advertise free delivery and then charge a random $10 processing fee, just charge for me for delivery. Again, even though I spent more money for less, I'd much rather support a small business. I'd definitely order more often if it they delivered what was pictured."

"Gorgeous floral arrangement and top notch customer service! I had purchased online an arrangement for a memorial service. Milan Floral was kind enough to let me know that an identical purchase had been made by another mourner, and asked if I would like them to modify my arrangement so they weren’t identical. Very thoughtful, as they didn’t have to do that! I of course agreed to the modification, and both floral arrangements were gorgeous and the flowers looked very fresh! I’m a first time customer, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future! I’ll highly recommend them to others as well! "Wow where to begin? The picture on the left was what my husband ordered for me for our anniversary. Price? $50.00. The photo on the right was what was actually delivered. The only thing Gwen did right was to tell my husband that she did not have that particular vase, which he was good with. However, she DID tell him that she had all of the flowers. My husband called and left a message that night because Milan Floral was already closed. When Gwen returned his call the following morning, she was rude and offered him a $10.00 discount and said she would deliver the 18 carnations to me at work....she admitted she had forgotten them... NO THANKS .Our anniversary was the day before. He then told her that he wanted a $20.00 discount. She became belligerent stating she was being raped by all the florists #FTD... agreed to the $20.00 discount, told him she was chalking it up to an internet learning experience, and hung up on him. I would like to PERSONALLY thank you Gwen for casting a shadow on our anniversary. Not only we will we NEVER patronize your business again, I will personally make sure that everyone I know (AN awful lot of decent people) pick dandelions from the side of a road before doing business with you. By the way, being as you represent FTD on your website, I am going to send them a copy of this review (which I'm certain you will delete) so that they can be a little more selective in their choosing of associates. You should also revisit the return Policy on your website....along with your "guarantee" as nothing you offered in lieu of your horrible customer service even came close. I'd also like to add that everyone is entitled to make a mistake, However to be rude and unprofessional instead of being polite is unacceptable. Best Regards, Chrysia Slinker"
