Since I wouldn’t get a chance to see the finished product, she sent me pictures before the delivery. I’m thrilled and very appreciative for their customer service, it’s perfect!! "Ordered flowers around 8am for my moms birthday and they said same day delivery and their flower prices were very reasonable compared to others in the area. I ordered the Fly Away Bouquet and it came even more beautiful than the picture. They were fast, my mom got them around noon and they even called me to let me know they had been delivered. If you’re thinking about ordering just go and do it! They are amazing."

"I ordered a Christmas arrangement directly with this shop to be delivered to my sister in Fenton. I upgraded the arrangement to premium. What was delivered is not even close, seriously a yellow candy cane. I called early after the delivery and was asked to send photos, I did. They said they would have the owner call me back. Denise is not the owner, but that is who called me and was rude and condescending. She said they didn’t have all the flowers, the candy canes or the pottery and it is probably offshore in a shipping container somewhere……..Really. The customer serviced I received was worse than the flowers my sister received. They didn’t call to ask or offer any other option. Tried to support a local business where my sister lives, will never use this shop again. If I could give zero stars I would."
