"Very informative. Friendly but no pressure. Quick response when contacted with question or request. Installers arrived at the exact time that was scheduled and were friendly and respectful. They protected our wood floors and cleaned up their mess pretty good. (Guys clean a little differently than I do.). Very courteous and ready to please the customer.
