"The worst store to shop from they are literally thief’s and they sweet talk to you and steal from you I bought almost $6000 worth of jewelry and they had to make 2 bracelets into a ankle bracelet and small bracelet for my daughter, they tell me to go and come back after an hour, but I have to pay for everything so they can steal as much as they want, I pick the ankle bracelet and my daughters bracelet excited and not knowing that they steal from people after I find out I go back to them and they cuss me out and tell me we have over 300 K of gold we are not going to steal from you $10 how can you assume $10 when it’s more 3 grams that they stool from my both bracelets and I will attach pictures too so everyone know that this place shouldn’t be there and no one should buy from them and liars."

"They sold me a broken pendant, so when I went and told them they said I could exchange it. When I found something that I liked it was a .2 gram difference, they wanted to charge me 220 dollars to exchange it. There is no place that ever does this, I can’t believe they tried to scam me! They love to sweet talk you when buying jewelry from there but once you have a problem with a purchase they dont acknowledge you in any way. Also dont ever get your jewelry fixed here they did the worst job ever. If your buying someone a gift from they're make sure they get it before the 14 day exchange policy even if its a few day later they will not do anything to compensate you. Maybe you will get a 25% mark down."
