"Small sandy beach area mid town with restroom, next to boat harbor. One thing to be aware of is the goose deposits. Second is the metal deposits ( metal detecting found handful of nails and sharp objects) maybe 4 picnic tables."
"The water was super nice but they need to fix what's under the water because it feels like there's wood underneath because everywhere we walked there were super sharp areas and u thought I was gonna cut my foot. I've been at this beach every other summer about and it hasn't been this bad."
"Nice little beach. Went on the Fourth of July and it was pretty crowded... It hasn't been in the past however."
"Wow what a cool place to relax by the lake. If your rental place doesn't have a beach front, this place will suffice. Located very close to downtown Boyne City, everything is very accessible within walking distance. They have sand volleyball courts on site. I recommend getting there early to beat the crowds. Bring lunch, hang out, explore the city. There are quite a few interesting boats docked nearby also. Check it out."
"Pristine and beautiful. Wilderness State Park is a gem that's worth a visit. White sand that is softer than down state, Lake Michigan. On the beach are pretty yellow wildflowers. You can see the land mass of the UP from the beach here I didn't go swimming.as it's a tad too cold for me. Not very crowded, either"
