Foxcraft Cleaning

"After reading the previous review, I also had to respond. I came back online to look for them (Foxcraft) again, and saw the 2 stars so decided to read the review left. It was actually a few years ago that we used this company, but being family owned I don't think much has changed and I am going to hire them again. My Story: I had a rental home in Interlochen where the tenant moved out and left the place a MESS. There were urine stains under the toilet seats, the baseboards were covered in mud/doghair/who knows what else the gunk was. Counters, floor, fridge, cabinets, EVERYTHING was dirty. We hired Foxcraft after just doing an internet search where we wanted a company to do a quick clean while my wife and I were working on repairs, repainting walls, etc. I was floored over how meticulous the workers (two ladies who showed up to clean) were. They were down on their hands and knees wiping down baseboards, cleaning the bathrooms, all windows, window sills, places I totally did not expect, and cleaned the entire house so it looked like new again. We didn't have an expectation, and we simply wanted the placed cleaned, thinking we would go over it after, to get whatever was left. There was nothing left to clean. Foxcraft did an amazing job; which is why years later I am going back to them. Just my two cents, but I had to give a review after reading the previous one. I would very much recommend them."

"As owner of Foxcraft I must answer the review from the Cooks. The Cooks are less than truthful, that has been a problem all along. Mr. Cook called for a move out quote. We had cleaned the home several times over the years and had a fairly good idea what it would take. I gave him a quote based on that information with the following conditions, 1) the home and garage would be empty, and 2) the quote was based on the average clean, he was given a "not to exceed" number based on excessive dirt. The Cooks were very messy, and probably didn't do a lot of cleaning while in the home. We hit the not to exceed number and did not exceed it. Mr. Cook was charged an additional fee because he knowingly left a pile of trash in the garage that he was aware needed to be removed. We are cleaners, not garbage haulers. Mr. Cook objected to that fee despite joking with the cleaning crew that they could, "take anything they wanted". As far as sleeping in the car, the Cooks were supposed to be out of the home when we arrived, they were not! Our crew had to wait over a half an hour for them to leave! The Cooks bank agreed with us that the charge was reasonable so the Cooks decided to slander us on google."

"Do not use this company under any circumstances. They quote one price then charge you more. Saying the house was extremely dirty, which it wasn't. Half their employees just sit in the car while the others work. Probably why it took them so long. And forget about the garage apparently they don't clean those."
