"I came in for a customized gold necklace that I found on George’s Instagram page. Samar told me she could make it for me in a week. After not hearing from her for a month she sent me a picture of a poorly made necklace that looked like she put it together with whatever was left in their shop. It looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. Samar still hasn’t even responded to me and I will be taking my business somewhere else."

"I would give them a negative star if I could , I came in and ordered a necklace for my boyfriend for his birthday . I expressed to the owner that I needed this necklace by Friday , it was Monday when I ordered the necklace . I called Friday at noon after not hearing from them . The owner then said the necklace would NOT Be ready until SATURDAY. I stressed to him that I have a flight FRIDAY , he then argued with me saying they were understaffed and no one was working & Told me he would refund me my money . When I went to get my refund , there were not only 1 but 3 people not including the owner who was smoking a cigar while speaking with a customer and Hiw Three staff members sitting around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!’ Now here it is Friday afternoon Andy flight leaves in 3 hours with NO GIFT! I do NOT recommend this place . Customer service is very poor !!!"
