"Products are not good quality anymore. I purchased some loop earrings which were costly and frankly, they looked anything but expensive. More like costume jewelry. Got an expensive Bulova watch, and it didn't last as long as I expected. Had trouble with closing the band and problem never got resolved even though I went back to the store. I bought a pair of diamond studs and the post is not real sterling silver. I require a quality stud because of ear infections at the lobes. Since this store moved to its current location, it seems like the service and quality of the products have gone down and we are paying more. I'm not happy."

"My experience was excellent I came in with a 14 karat gold septum ring hoping to be able to have it reshaped and buffed because it had gotten damaged while being removed unfortunately however the damage was to severe so this wonderful jeweler not only remade a new one but made it even better so thank you to him and his wonderful place of business"
