"My Husband Called To See When Was The Last Day To Get His Item Because We Have Had Alot Of Family Issues This Past Month So We Forgot About It. The Man Made A Statement To My Husband “It’s Overdue & You Still Don’t Have The Money.” I Found That Very Rude Because You Don’t Know What Someone Has Going On To Make Any Statement Like That. I Called Back To Make A Complaint & The Other Guy Was Rude As Well. He Defended His Coworker Saying “He’s Only Speaking Facts” & Proceeds To Hang Up Because We Told Him That Was Rude As Hell. At This Point They Can Keep The Item & Sell It. We Will Just Buy Another One When We Can, Definitely Don’t Want To Do Any Type Of Business With Them. It’s Not Even Worth It, They’re Interest Rates Are Insane!! Would Not Recommend Anyone To Do Business Here. However, There Are Female Workers Who Have Been Polite & We Never Had An Issue From. I Recommend That If You Do Come Here, Talk To One Of Them."
