"Quality of concentrate has evaporated. The baller jars went from yellow goodness to brown burnt garbage. Turnover is high, like the budtenders. They refused to allow me to redeem my points, so don't think that you're earning anything with that. They will be out of business soon if they don't ship up. Too many places killing it. I tried to contact management to talk, but they didn't call me back."

I visited Arcana a few times in the past eight or nine months, and each time I go in with a good attitude and end up coming out feeling offended and dissatisfied.
