"Excellent! A small shop, modest, clean and bright. The owner was obviously a pro - he handled my watches with ease, simply using his hands to snap and rin and back cover on and spotted a tiny bend in the hour eye by eyesight alone. Service was fast, and $70 to two Fossil watches was a fair price. When I asked if I should go acrylic, mineral or sapphire for the crystal, he note these fossil watches were not higher end, and thus not to spend the money. Honesty! Wow! I will refer to and use again for my valuable 1950s Longines watches."

"I didn’t have a good experience I came to get a necklace fixed and it was still broken when I attempted to wear it the first time. I had to return it t be fixed again which required another week. He didn’t seem concerned and wasn’t customer focused. I won’t return here."
