"The jewelry repair I had done was satisfactory, but the service I received from Frank Moser was not. When I went to pick up my rings, he did not have a mask on, and when I asked him if he had one, his reply was "I do not wear a mask in my own store.", He did not offer to put one on, and proceded to lecture me on the pandemic. That it will all be over on election day and related it to politics. Continued to argue with me,lecture me, on his "knowlege" of the pandemic. Needles to say, I felt very disrespected, belittled, and will NEVER shop there again, and recommend you do not either."
