"I frequent The UPS store nearby and I decided to go in and shop the store I love the fact that there's a local store and it's not a Kay Jewelers or some type of chain it just seems like a lot of what's taking over our world are chain stores, so to find something like THIS it was awesome what I was looking for was our 25th anniversary ring. Sadly, it was about a year ago now and I have meant to do this review... it really meant a lot to me that the person that helped me help me to find something that would match my ring most perfectly!! Since then I've gone back in to buy a few gifts and I also sold some gold there and got about $400 - from junk or broken stuff... I know now if I wanted to buy a piece of jewelry or get something fixed ... It would MOST definitely be THIS place!! Every single person that I have encountered there is truly so nice and so helpful and it's an all-around awesome place to shop!! THANK -YOU, thank-you to everyone there!!!! I also forgot to add in that I love the Windex hint that if you need to take your rings on and off just use Windex not lotion"

"I went in & asked about how to clean my bracelet. I spoke with Jen who was very nice. She offered to clean it for me & said I could pick it up in a couple of hours. I came back 2 hrs. later & couldn’t believe how great it looked. I would definitely recommend this store whether it be to buy a piece of jewelry or have your jewelry cleaned.
