"Changing my review after a bad experience with corporate out of Manistee. The beginning of this year I had the opportunity to interview with this Stanton store. Loved the place. Great atmosphere and great products as well as great customer service. The regional manager Mark was super nice and the manager that interviewed me with him Madison were both great. I got basically a verbal hire on the spot. They just needed to push through my background check with HR. This has been the excuse for town months of waiting and not being able to start. HR hasn't gotten back with me calling about twice a week to check for updates. After two months I get the news that not only are they not hiring but they are freezing pay increases for their workers and selling the store. Those poor employees don't know what's gonna happen to their jobs. That to me is shady and bad business. They have such a great team there and corporate comes messing everything up again. I will no longer be supportive of this business in the current ownership. If they happen to sell I may start going back but they will no longer be getting business from me or my ring because of leading me on for two months and being secretive and shady to the current employees. Shame on them in Manistee. Madison and Monica have been absolute dolls to interact with so if you do go in please treat the Stanton staff with better respect than the higher ups."
