"Do not use these CPA's. They are crooks, and have unfair pricing. They will quote you $150-$200 for tax preparation and after you sit with them for an hour and go through your entire tax portfolio, they tell you that they need the owner (mastermind crook who is no where to be found) to review the taxes prior to sending you the final amounts. Next thing you know 2 days later you get a hefty bill for $400. Double the initial price. When you call and ask about the price they threaten you with collections if you don't accept their new bill. Also, very unprofessional in the filling/privacy. While I was with them getting our taxes done, there were 2 files that belonged to other individuals sitting in plain sight on the desk with SSN's visible. Save yourself the headache, and take your business elsewhere!! These guys will only disappoint you."

"The staff who collect the tax related information and the ones who collect the payment are extremely polite and offer good service. The guy filing the tax is just useless. He makes too many errors and I need to constantly remind him basic things. I cannot believe he is a CPA. May be he has a fake certification. Terrible service by Assmukh Patel. He gets annoyed if you ask him to correct his screw ups and hangs up the phone on you in the middle of a conversation. I am somewhat financially savvy and was able to ensure the returns were filed correctly. This guy is absolutely clueless and will be out of business soon."
