Unfortunately, I had some issues with my bracelet (not Brittany’s fault it appears to have been a fluke issue with the chain) and she immediately remedied the situation. A fantastic local business that stands by the quality of their work. Brittany clearly takes great pride in her business and wants each of her customers to have the best possible experience.
