"Avoid this place! When I brought a watch to have a piece replaced, it was still fully functional. And although it was supposed to be a rather easy repair, they ended up causing more damage to it. Now it's useless and won't work. When I went for the second time to ask about this damage, the seller expressed I was accusing him of having damaged the watch. The people working there are certainly not qualified and lack both technical abilities and the capacity to interact with customers."
