"While my husband bought me flowers for our anniversary. The bouquet didn't last a full 24 hours. The artistry behind it was beautiful. It was the flower quality that was not good. They did correct it by sending me another bouquet and that really meant alot as they stepped up to and backed their work."

"For mothers day I decided to order from a local florist. I ordered Teleflora's Artistic Angles Bouquet with a Mid Century vase. I placed the order online 24 hours before I needed it. I arrived home in the afternoon to find that the bouguet did not arrive. I called and was told "don't worry it will be delivered today" she said they had a lot of deliveries. She seem upset that I had called. Well she was right I received it after 5pm. But what I received was not what I ordered. I received the Artistic Bouquet in a plain white square vase.. NOT the Mid Century Vase in the Picture. I called the florist before they closed and left and voicemail. I will NEVER ORDER from Alpine Floral again. I was charge for a vase I did not receive and they never contacted me to tell me... I Must add to this post. Alpine Floral did reachout to me a made things right by sending new order with the correct vase. I am sorry I jumped the gun on my post and did not give them enough time to reply. I WILL ORDER FROM ALPINE FLORAL AGAIN. Thanks Lori for all you hardwork and for tracking me down to make it right."
