"I went here to get a ring resized. Imagine my surprise when I saw this sign. I am immunocompromised because of an illness that CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED! I mask everyday because I have no immune system. This is offensive to anyone with Cancer, Lupus, MS,...I could go on. This is also VERY INGNORANT! I'm so disheartened but at least the other businesses on Front St. aren't like this."

"Took two watches over time. One he said he couldn't replace battery with cutting the band did it without my authorization. Second watch asked for links taken out, said he didn't work on "fake wood watches" (I bought straight from the company and totally not fake) broke multiple links. Thankfully he didn't charge me, but blamed me. Company sent brand new strap and complimentary tool s and had their CEO talk me through it on the phone."

"I went into the shop to get my busted down Rolex readjusted and the jeweler is looking at it says to me I hope you didn’t pay more then $300 for it and preceded to say they only work on authentic pieces. Rolex doesn’t make busted down pieces so the band was aftermarket he said he couldn’t find any markings on it indicating it’s a Rolex. I asked him so the diamonds are fake he said yea. I asked him if wanted to see the paper work I had in the car he said no it wouldn’t matter… Exactly why people don’t go to small town jewelers."
