"If I could give -5, I would. If you buy stuff from them, please forget about returning them. If you decide to ask for a return, please be prepared to be abused. My water fall started to have algae. I went to this place. They sold me brominating tabs for spa and said it would kill the algae. Guess what…after continuously using the tabs for two weeks, the area that have algae got times bigger than before. I called them. They said they couldn’t take chemical stuff back according to the law. I said Costco and The Pond Guy took chemical stuff back. The guy started trying to gain my sympathy by saying they are a small business and can’t compete with those big stores. The very worst part is that the guy I spoke to literally yelled at me for 80% of time over the phone. I AM NOT KIDDING!!! He simply yelled at me when I was the one who paid for something that turned out to be a complete waste. I had to ask a few times ‘why are you angry? why are you yelling? Shouldn’t I be the one who yells? Can I talk now?’. I asked these questions a few times but it did not stop him from yelling and screaming. At the end, I simply had to hang up. I told him consider my money a donation to a charity and I hung up!!!!"

"The owner is always extremely helpful and friendly with any questions I have. He even looked out for my kids by recommending the flippin frog for our pool. It doesn't have such a high level of chlorine and combines with minerals to keep the pool clean. The second time I returned to get a new cartridge for the flippin frog was just as great as my first. He helped me with a pool vaccume and even gave me a discount. I will be returning and highly recommend this place."
