However I gave four for five because I purchased the "ganggang" cartridge (not crazy about the name), and it kept plugging up. Even though the girl at the counter tried to "vouch" for it that they don't get "issues" with ganggang carts, she was nice about it and let me trade in the value of it towards something else.
