"This is the second time I worked with her. While the first year was a pleasant experience. This time around was an unprofessional experience with Abdul that involved an identity theft case with the IRS! She took on my case even though she was already overbooked. Because of this, she couldn't finish in time and recommended an extension. Her prices went up from last year and was charging extra for extension and a for an explanation of taxes. Her filing work is decent but couldn't help with finding tax breaks. Using TurboTax would've been equally good. Setting up an appointment with her was extremely messy and quite frankly rude. She will double book her time and then when I reminded her she will take snap shots of the wrong email threads to show me why she cancelled my appointment. Had to reschedule my work meeting twice to get the paid one hour consultation with her. When we were ready to file, we found out that someone else had filed on my behalf at the IRS and adjusted the numbers to get a large tax returns. At that point Abdul recommended that I reach out to IRS which I did. Whoever filed my taxes had all our SSN, our income, and other personal information that I never keep all in one place. Except with ... I will let you figure this part out ... IRS recommended I file a police report for identity theft and file by mail which I did. However, this required a signature from Abdul. Who at this time flew away and will respond after multiple emails and follow ups. She agreed to send me a signed letter, 5 days after the urgent request, but had the audacity to ask me to pay for mail!! After that she disengaged her services with me and left me hanging with the IRS to deal with on my own. Avoid this accountant and find yourself a better, more reliable and supportive accountant. She doesn't deserve your time and money"
