"AGGRESSIVE MANAGEMENT BUYERS BEWARE!! *Update* No Sudden enlightenment here. There is no confusion. Your management was poorly handled. The business model is a direct reflection of this. (not very zen like) I appreciate the refund, though no, it is not enough after being harassed and goaded by a member of management. If you truly thought my girlfriend or I were "hostile," would management really follow me out to the parking lot. then invite my girlfriend inside for a full refund later? What business person approaches a hostile person in this manner, let alone at all. Hopefully, this location seeks out security, not for them but from them. I would've been fine being told all sales are final. I'm sorry for any inconvenience and check your bag before you leave. This would be acceptable and professional. *original review* I've had several great conversations and visits with staff here. Unfortunately, a mix-up on a pre-order for their "top shelf" priced flower that was mostly shake caused the management to meet my girlfriend and I at the door saying my girlfriend made their budtender cry when stating this error had occurred being so called "hostile". Mean while management followed me into the parking lot because they didn't like that I walked away laughing about this situation saying quote "If you think thats funny we can talk about it", while following my girlfriend and myself into their parking lot. I wasn't even involved during the purchase or the " hostile" phone call about the quality of the product."

"Every time I’ve visited Satori, I’ve been greeted with a warm welcome and have been taken care of with compassionate service that outmatches what I’ve experienced at dispensaries elsewhere. The shop is beautiful and tranquil; a sweet getaway surrounded by lush greenery. Satori staff is the absolute best and the shop dogs are a huge plus! Did I mention there’s always great deals and the staff has spot-on recommendations? Go check em out!!"
