"I made an appointment online for someone to come by and give us a quote on storm windows. When I never got a confirmation email, I filled out the form again and made another appointment. Still no confirmation email. A few days later they called me asking which appointment I wanted but by the time I called back an hour or so later they had cancelled one of the appointments. That was a little annoying but I understood. After waiting around for 20 minutes for the person to come for the appointment that wasn't cancelled, I called Home Depot to see where the person was. Turns out they cancelled that appointment as well for no reason. The person I called didn't care and wasn't apologetic. It's a shame because we shop there a lot, but it's clear their Home Services couldn't care less about their customers. They also need to start doing confirmation emails for online appointments and cancellations, this is 2017."
