"I used them to file my small business taxes in 2019. The firm completely botched it and I'm getting letters from the IRS saying I owe the government more than 100% of my whole income for that year. When I approached PCAG, they assigned John to be my POA and speak to the IRS on my behalf. John completely dropped the ball and hasn't communicated with me in months, despite several attempts to contact him. Now I'm still dealing with a massive bill and I have no help from my supposed accountant. I would definitely not recommend this firm if you're looking to get your taxes properly done."

I had to constantly follow up from March until July to get my Taxes done. When they finally did get done I basically had to cut checks for my quarterly taxes the next day.
