"Very poor membership experience, specifically to cancelling of personal training Memberships. (Corporate customer service not helpful at all) No clear distinction between managerial roles, gym staff, and people with authority to really help. difficult to point out and reach to one consistant person to talk to about meberships despite being a member for more than a year. No clear documentation/email reciepts of complaints/ conversations. Nothing is provided in writing.(either physical nor electronic) makes me feel LA fitness does it intentionally to not leave any traces of conversations to decline transactions working with banking organizations. Disappointed! Not once but twice."

"Sauna was broken down for more than a month, and their "smoothie bar" is constantly unstaffed and closed. Staff isn't friendly at all and not willing to help in any way. Better off getting a membership at the edge fitness or the lifetime down the street."

"I took advantage of the free three day pass. Nice club with a pool and hot tub. Clean bathrooms and all the machines work. The sales team gave me a lot of options to consider, which is a breath of fresh air. I'll be back."

Machines are always available , if the patrons behave and keep the place clean it is nice when they are A- hole the sauna can stink and be dirty , keep the shoes out and don’t come to the sauna fully clothed and smelly, they try to keep the place clean and the temperature is always good ."
