"Had them remodel our Masterbath. They took every short cut possible with redoing our bathroom. From using the wrong size drywall and filling it in with mud to try and hide the fact that they just used left over material they had on hand instead of getting the correct size. The tile work is so uneven that they had to use shims so that our toilet and linen cabinet would sit level on the floor. They framed in our new door with scrap wood instead of framing it out correctly. They had to completely redo out entire shower because they didn't install it the proper way the first time and it's still not correct a month later. When they changed the plumbing to our new sink, they crossed the actual water lines in the floor so hot was blue and cold was red. I could go on forever about everything that went and is wrong but I'd be here all day. Just stay away from them at all cost."

"These guys were great! I happened to be able to call them up and get same-day service. Even though they said the cost would be a little more due to it being after-hours, the cost to install my water heater and toilet was way less than half the cost of going with a local company that employs a licensed plumber. They took away the old water heater and toilet, too, and did the job very quickly and did it well. I highly recommend these guys, especially if it's something relatively simple like replacing stuff. I imagine they would do well with more complicated things, though, as well."
