"Sent my watch in to be fixed, and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. It's now been 9 and a half weeks and still no call. When I went to ask someone who works there the status of where my watch was at, they told me that they still don't have it and had no other answers for me. I asked if they could ask their manager to give me a call because he said his manager would know but they never called. No questions have been answered and my watch still has not been received, nor do I know where my watch is. If my watch is lost, I expect a reimbursement for the cost of my watch. Update: it’s now been four months, since I dropped off my watch in December. I still have received no updates about my watch and what’s going on. All I know is that the part was backordered but is being fixed. But that was in February. No one has called giving me an update on anything. I was promised 8-10 weeks. It’s now been 16. When and if my watch arrives, I expect a reimbursement or a significant discount."
