"Was a first time customer and ordered a custom arrangement over the phone for a friend's birthday. The person who took my order apparently did not convey the details properly to the designer, so my friend was sent a nice yet very underwhelming (for what was requested) bouquet. I sent an email to the shop and was called back within an hour to make things right- and they absolutely did. I am very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be giving them another try!"

"We used the rose shop for fresh flowers for my bridal shower, and the hydrangeas were "dehydrated" in the words of the owner less than 24 hours later. We bought 8 stems when we only needed 4, and we still didn't have enough because 5 out of 8 looked awful and were unusable despite following the shops recommendations to a T. We bought a bouquet from trader Joe's a few weeks prior and all of them still looked beautiful over a week later. Upon going into the shop to show them the pictures and try to rectify the situation, I spoke with the employees and was told the owner would contact me. This did not happen right away, the staff called me to offer the refund. Upon going in to pick up the refund I was told the owner would be in shortly and I could call and speak with her. Upon calling I was told that she was on her lunch break less than an hour from when I was told she would be there. About an hour later the owner did call me back but was not willing to compromise at all, and only offered $20 back on hydrangeas that cost almost $60. Continued to blame us, and said they stand by their product regardless of the fact that my bridal shower centerpieces were adversely effected and they had them over 4 days before we picked them up. Overall I would not recommend this shop, or at the very least not their hydrangeas."

"Great flower shop! Coordinated an arrangement for my wife on our weekend getaway to South Haven. Owner was super helpful with selections and the flowers were beautiful! We were able to enjoy the flowers at our rental and they traveled well to enjoy some more back home. Thank you!!!"
