"We've had a very mixed experience as regular customers. I recently brought in my engagement ring as I was worried the stone was loose. The assistance said she didn't see any issues. I asked her to have an additional person look at it. The second person did see that the stone was loose. I'm glad I insisted that another team member look at the ring. I love their designs and like supporting local but the customer care and associate education could be improved."

"The team at D&R is amazing. My fiance and I came here with my Mom's engagement ring from the 80's in hopes they could turn it into something amazing. I didn't really know what I wanted & was really indecisive. We worked with Samantha & she came up with the design below. Her work blew me out of the water. It feels extra special since the main diamond, gold, and some of the small circular diamonds are from my mom's original ring. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. "One of my favorite shops ever, a completely unique fine jewelry experience! The craftsmanship and quality of materials, in addition to originality, is so apparent here, plus the pieces are by women designers which is so special. To me, items have been priced accordingly, and there’s something to fit many budgets. I have bought several pieces for myself and for family/friends as gifts! The most important to mention however, is my custom designed engagement ring that my fiancé worked with the owner, Samantha, on to complete in time for a recent vacation so that he could propose. The ring is better than anything I could have imagined, it is STUNNING and I’m so grateful for Samantha and her creative skills, it’s like she read my mind without even knowing me. Also, I was told that she was excellent to work with, highly knowledgeable and did not pressure any decisions.
