"I am outraged by the experience I had at this HR Block location! I filed my taxes here the other day, and I've never felt more humiliated in my entire life! The advisor's insensitivity towards my financial needs and requests for tax-saving tips left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and downright disrespected. When I asked for tax tips to save money on taxes, she said I was trying to get more money for my vacations to Florida or California! It made the entire meeting very unbearable. I am appalled and will never return to this location again. I urge others to stay away from this place as well, as it is clear that they do not value their clients or their hard-earned money."
