"The retail store is excellent. They answer all of my questions without making me feel like I’m a bother. I test my pool before I go in for them to test the water and their results are always similar. I don’t feel like they’re selling me products that I really don’t need like another local pool store does. Some items are a little pricey, but their help is priceless. I’d gladly pay a couple extra bucks for some of their products than go online and risk getting inferior products and no excellent customer service."
"I try to shop local small businesses when I can, however recently was in to purchase new filters for my hot tub and they charged me $104! I was paying around $74 before. When I was shocked and said I've never paid that much, they claimed they were always that price and were very indifferent about my concern. The same filters are on Amazon for $40 for 2!! I will not be buying my supplies here anymore."
"Owner is very very unprofessional, we have been trying to get a hold of him since last year because his people closed our pool wrong and now we have an underground leak! he NEVER returns our calls we left him over 10 msgs!! All we asked for is to talk to him to see what needs to be done to fix the leak but he won’t even talk to us! Don’t deal with keys if they mess something up for you, you ll be chasing them and they won’t even care to talk to you!! Very Unprofessional!!"
