"I stopped in to 'Leather Depot' to see if they could fix the hack work done on my leather riding vest by another tailor ('Creative Cleaners & Sewing Center' in Lenox, MI). I met with the owner, Tony, who was a super nice guy. We discussed what my options were, and I left my vest with him. Not even 24 hours later he called me and told me that my vest was done. Tony did a great job, and his work looks like it was done by someone who actually cares. This will be the ONLY place I bring my leather work! Thanks, Tony!"

"I called The Leather Depot based on a referral. I spoke with Tony the owner about alterations needed to the sleeves of a leather jacket and he was extremely rude and unprofessional, not to mention his pricing seemed very high (quoted upwards of $150). Honestly to have that kind of interaction with somebody who you've been referred to -- it's amazing he's still in business. You think that he would appreciate a referral and go out of his way to try to be helpful but it was the exact opposite. If you check referrals on the web page for his business he only posts the good ones, but based on his treatment towards me I wouldn't trust them. I will certainly take my business elsewhere."
