"I have never written a negative review before but that’s how bad our service was with Soft Wash Pros. They came out to spray our roof because we had moss starting to grow on it. We were told after they sprayed it that within a week or two the moss would die then blow or fall off. We paid $575 trusting this would happen and that our roof would be clean. This did not happen. Not a single piece of moss has come off our roof and it looks worse now than before we called them. We called them to let them know and they said they would come out and to use a brush and spray it again. On 4 different occasions (2 times in one day) they were a no call, no show. Not to mention the several times my husband and I called and left messages with no response. My husband and I have been very patient and understanding but it became clear this company had no intentions of actually coming out to fix the problem. So now we are out $575 and still have a dirty roof with moss on it. What was worse than the roof not being clean was the lack of professionalism. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save yourself a lot of time and money and go with a different company if you need your roof cleaned."

"They did such a good job on our neighbor’s house that we asked them to power wash our house too! They were very thorough and did many rinses, our house needed it! We had mold on the siding and algae on the brick that they were able to treat. It looked so much cleaner after it was done! Definitely recommend them if your house needs some brightening up on the outside!"
